We will then develop recommendations relevant both to your organisation's needs & to current ergonomic & safety management practices, guidelines & Standards.
Recent clients have included: the State Transit Authority, Ratheon (RAN - submarine workstations), Westpac, Vodaphone, the Federal Airports Corporation, the NSW Ambulance Service, as well as a range of other commercial & domestic clients.
We have also been used, & continue to be called, as expert witnesses in court cases in every State & Territory of Australia, although predominantly in New South Wales. Our expert liability reports have been used to assist both defendant & plaintiff legal firms & the courts to resolve ergonomic & safety management issues in legal actions.
We are happy to discuss potential compensation & safety-based legal matters at no charge, & will always advise the briefing solicitor if we believe that the relevant issues are outside the scope of our qualifications & expertise, or if we have formed the opinion that a report from us will not be helpful to his/her client's case.
We can also undertake preliminary investigations, & advise a solicitor (verbally or in writing) about our opinion in relation to whether or not a particular claim is worth pursuing/defending on ergonomic/safety management grounds, prior to or instead of providing a formal report.
